This Privacy Policy explains how the Cloud HTPP Android application ("the App"), operated by Hi-Tech Group ("we", "us"), handles your information. The App is a companion client for the panel monitoring service at https://panel.htpp.in and is intended for the company's registered customers and staff.

Information We Collect

• Account credentials. You log in with the same username/email and password you use on our website. The App shows our website's login page inside a secure in-app browser; your credentials are sent directly to our server and are not stored on the device by the App.
• Notification (push) token. When you log in, the App registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can deliver general, emergency and full-screen alarm notifications about your machines.
• Basic device information. Device model, Android version and App version, stored alongside your notification token to help us deliver notifications reliably and support you.
• Login activity. As on our website, sign-in attempts may be logged (time, IP address, approximate location, browser/device type) for account security.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and show your machine and sensor data.
• To send you operational, emergency and critical alarm notifications for the machines assigned to your account.
• To keep your session active on your device until you log out.
• To secure accounts and troubleshoot support requests.

Notifications

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) to deliver push notifications. Delivery of a notification may involve Google's servers processing the notification payload and your device token. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except: (a) Google Firebase, solely to deliver push notifications; and (b) where required by law. Your machine and account data remains on our servers and is shown to you through the App.

Data Retention

Your notification token and device record are retained while your account is active and the App is installed. When you log out from the App, its saved session token for that device is revoked. You may request deletion of your notification records by contacting us.

Security

All communication between the App and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are never stored on the device by the App.

Children

The App is a business tool intended for our customers and is not directed to children under 13.

Your Choices

• Turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
• Log out from the App to end the session on that device.
• Contact us to access, correct or delete your data.
